Unfortunately, i am not in charge of your goods once they leave my hands.

If you receive your goods, and they appear to be damaged through what seems to be a 'packing fault', then email me pictures of how you received it, and i will resolve this immediatly.

If you receive your goods and they appear to be faulty due to 'man handling' from the courier, please contact me, and i will liase with the courier, as all parcels are sent on an insured basis.

N.B Sometimes things don't always get resolved within the first five minutes, so bear with us, you, our customer ARE important to us, and will push to get problems resolved as quickly as possible.
