I would love to think that i would never receive a return, as you would be so happy with your purchase! However, we all know as consumers you may need to return goods for the following reasons;
- They are the wrong size
- They are faulty
- Duplicate order
- Wrong item received
- Product not as advertised
If this is the case, we at Veebubs offer the following;
- Replacement
- Refund
- Exchange
If the return is due to the wrong size being ordered/duplicate, then you will be responsible for postage costs. Veebubs does not offer a returns free postage. You will need to ensure you take out insurance if the parcel exceeds the cost of £20.
To return a product, please email with the following;
- Product name and part number
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund/exchange/replacement
I will then email you back with a returns number, which MUST be placed inside the package.
Failure to do so, will result in no further action being taken to resolve the problem.
